  • It is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of third parties, i.e. for the provision of the services requested, communication with you or with third parties, for the operation of our digital services, for the improvement of our electronic offers and registration for certain offers and services, for security reasons. purposes, for compliance with Swiss legislation and internal regulations, for our risk management and corporate governance (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) and for other purposes such as administration, testing and quality assurance and other legitimate interests.
  • It is legally required or permitted under EEA or Member State law.
  • You have given your consent to the processing separately, for example by consulting our digital services (Art. 6 Para. 1 letter a and Art. 9 Para. 2 letter a GDPR).

We would like to point out that we generally process your data as long as our processing purposes, legal retention periods and our legitimate interests, in particular for documentation and evidence purposes, require it or for technical reasons (e.g. in the case of backups or document management systems). If there are no legal or contractual obligations or technical reasons to the contrary, we generally delete or anonymize your data once the storage or processing period has expired as part of our regular processes and in accordance with our retention policy.

If you do not provide certain personal data, this may mean that it is not possible to provide the related services or conclude a contract. We generally indicate when the personal data we request is mandatory.

The right to object to the processing of your data as set out in Section 8 applies in particular to data processing for direct marketing purposes. If you do not agree with our handling of your rights or data protection, please let us know (see contact details at the bottom of the page).
